This is a 5.5 inch pair of scissors with duel offset handles handles and a detachable finger rest. The finger holes are of equal size and can accommodate small to medium fingers. They are handmade from the finest 440C Steel in Japan by master craftsmen.

This size of blade is very popular and can be used for a variety of cutting techniques. Due to the symmetry of the handles these can also be used by left handed stylists.
